Andrew Benn is a passionate, hands-on attorney who cares about the needs of each of his clients. Not only does he zealously seek a financial recovery for his clients, he also supports them through each and every step of the claim process, including assisting them in receiving the best medical care possible for their injury, and makes every attempt to help his clients become whole again.

Mr. Benn’s practice specializes in all types of personal injury claims. He received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Benn is admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, as well as being an active member in many community and charitable organizations.
